A 1:1 yoga session tailored to you.

I will send you a questionnaire beforehand and you can let me know if there is something specific you would like to work on or explore. This could be something physical, emotional, or more general questions around your yoga practice.

Afterwards, I will send you a written summary of the session, with suggestions and ideas for you to continue practicing with.
